About This Session

The Art of Co-Regulation explores the differences between co-regulation regulation, and invites you to dive into your experiences. By reflecting on ourselves, we can uncover what we truly need to navigate everything that happens for us in a day.

My most used go-to regulation strategies include getting out into nature, deep noisy breaths, shaking it off (literally having a wobble), and other tiny practices I embed through my day where I can. As you know, self-care with kids around is not an easy task! I'd love to hear yours!
